Modify has a minimum of at least 24 hour notice of cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, this card will be charged in the event of a late cancel or no show.

To book an appointment, Modify Hair Studio requires a deposit at time of booking for our services that require 3+ hours.
Your deposit is nonrefundable or non transferable.
No Shows will be required to pay up to 100% of the missed service at the discretion of Modify Hair Studio . No shows will automatically forfeit any deposit.

Modify Hair Studio does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately or contact us within 7 days of your service.

Used products are non-refundable and will only be exchanged for salon credit or another product pending management approval.
